Official Rules
Each numbered ticket stub will be placed in the ticket container.
The public drawing will be held on Saturday, December 6, 2008 at the end of the Olive Branch Christmas Parade at the Northcentral MS Electric Power Association building located on Cockrum Street in Olive Branch, MS
The winner need not be present to win
The winner will be notified by phone at the phone number provided on the ticket stub.
The winner must claim the playhouse by Monday, December 8, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. If not claimed by said time, a new winner will be drawn at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, December 8, 2008.
The winner must arrange to accept delivery within a 25-mile radius of Northcentral Electric Power Association building by Tuesday, December 9, 2008 at 5:00 p.m.
The winner shall take the house in “as is” condition. Upon delivery, all persons affiliated with the building of the playhouse, are released from all liability.
The winner is responsible for all tax liability. Consult your financial advisor for necessary information.
The drawing is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. It is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
